Return Authorization:
- All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Please click the link at the bottom to request your return.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the invoice and reason for return.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, or deodorant marks.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
Reporting Issues:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Processing Returns:
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item(s).
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns from international and APO/FPO addresses.
Refund Method:
- All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Sheek Boutique E-Gift Card, which will be emailed to you.
Return Shipping:
- Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. We are not liable for return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
